Saying [in March] that on Thursday he had a relapse of coughing and that his doctor will not allow him to accept Reichardt's invitation, and asking him to return the three portions of Fasch's Mass; the December letter of a philosophical and reflective nature, saying that he still plans to work on his sixteen-voice Mass--only details, not major points--in the coming summer, that he is seriously thinking of writing down his experiences and observations, etc.
